Entrepreneurship Academy: Experience and Insights from “Dali Bude Foundation”

The team of Dali Bude Foundation joined the Veterans’ Entrepreneurship Academy at the Askold Rehabilitation Center.

The Academy consists of 20 online lectures that help veterans, servicewomen, their family members, and families of fallen defenders gain practical knowledge on business registration, accounting and reporting, grant opportunities, and more.

As part of the program, speakers from Dali Bude Foundation delivered three lectures:

• Alla Hryshchuk, Foundation Director, spoke about labor market stereotypes and shared guidance on how veterans can find their new professional role;

• Svitlana Fomenko, Chief Operating Officer, provided recommendations on integrating social, educational, and rehabilitation services within local communities;

• Serhii Shevtsov discussed management and process development as the foundation of any business, regardless of the industry.

Together with 18 experts from various fields, they provided veterans not only with theory but also with ready-to-use practical tools that can be applied immediately.
